Schools’ Programme - Global Citizenship

Workshops
Workshops can be formally designed for schools or informally designed for adults and out of school youth. Many different education authorities in the UK have given support to the programme for which we are very grateful.

Last year a very wide range of schools participated with Mandla. These included, Dobcroft Junior, St Wilfred’s, Park Hill Primary, Springfield, Wybourn, Greystones, Southey Green, Meynell, St Oswald’s, Oughtibridge, Rivelin, Firs Hill, St Patrick's RC Primary, Hatfield Primary (Sheffield), Castle Hills and Southfield, Balby Central, Bawtry-Mayflower (Doncaster), Clay Cross, Clowne Junior, St Giles Killamarsh, Bradfield Junior and a major project with junior schools in Buxton and Hope Valley (Derbyshire), Rosehill, Junior, Arbourthorne, St Thomas’, Brampton Ellis, Brampton Brierlow, Thornhill, Roughwood (Rotherham), Wath Victoria schools to name a few. At Secondary level he has developed music projects with Handsworth Grange, King Ecgbert’s (2005 and 2006), Firth Park Community Arts College (Gold Star Arts Council Status), Abbeydale Grange. and Hatfield High (Doncaster). Mandla has been highly commended by the inspectorate.
