The group have appeared in London at the South Bank as a
highlight of South Bank Folk Week, Black History Month in Southwark, Commonwealth Institute Festival of Dance Unlimited.Additionally supported by large regional theatres such as the Crucible(Sheffield), Merlin (Sheffield), West Yorkshire Playhouse(Leeds), Northern School of Contemporary Dance (Leeds), Gulbenkian Theatre (Newcastle), Newcastle Opera House, the Alhambra Theatre(Bradford), supportedby the Newcastle Dance Agency, Cornwall Dance Agency, Somerset Dance Connections. Many smaller arts centres have funded residencies including Tower Arts in Winchester, Thamesdown Dance Studios in Swindon, Pegassus Theatre in Oxford, the Phoenix Theatre in Leicester,The Junction Theatre in Cambridge, the Point in Doncaster. Major festivals have included several appearances at WOMAD,Sidmouth International Folk Festival, Glastonbury Festival, Aberdeen Childrens Festival, Glastonbury Dance Festival, Nottingham Riverside Festival, Sounds Like Cardiff, Leicester Street Festival, Pontadarwe Festival, Northern Electric Dance Festival, Festival of 20 000 Voices.

International Touring
We are grateful to our sponsor in Canada who in cooperation with our producer in the UK enabled us to visit Vancouver,Edmonton, Winnipeg and Calgary. We also toured to Ireland and Switzerland. We also took Injabulo 2000 to the Singapore International Festival of Arts and look forwartd to the return visit.With a much stronger base now in Bulawayo operating from an arts space undergoing renovation we also can host intenational visitors and look forward to the next visit from our Sheffield link choir SOSA-XA!Sounds of Southern Africa.
